Good Health and Wellbeing

We are all unique individuals with distinct health and wellness requirements. At Lafacil, we have a holistic approach to tackling these aspects for that we implement policies that include giving employees access to health and wellness programmes, providing them with health insurance and other benefits that support physical and mental well-being, encouraging nutritional eating, investing in employee certifications and training, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Reduction of Carbon Footprint

At Lafacil we are contributing to the global effort to reduce carbon footprints in order to achieve positive climate change. We are reducing energy consumption in the workplace by energy-efficient practices and technologies, giving awareness to our employees and clients to reduce their own carbon footprint by promoting sustainable transportation options such as carpooling, public transportation. We are putting emphasis to incorporate sustainable practices. 

Energy Conservation

We work for energy conservation at Lafacil to reduce adverse environmental effects. For this we use energy-efficient technologies like LED lighting, energy-efficient appliances, and motion sensors, we encourage employees to conserve energy by educating them about energy conservation and providing incentives for reducing energy consumption, setting goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, such as by committing to a certain percentage reduction in energy consumption over a specific period.

Operational Excellence

We value operational excellence at Lafacil, to continuously produce high-quality products and services while eliminating waste and maximising efficiency optimization of business processes.
